Join NACOS Marine as an OT Security Consultant focusing on maritime cybersecurity. As part of Wärtsilä's Navigation & Communication division, you will help design and maintain secure architectures for shipboard and offshore OT systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
What you’ll do
- Design and validate cybersecurity architecture and network topology for maritime operational technology, aligning with IEC 62443 zones.
- Safeguard OT systems with appropriate firewalls, DMZs, segmentation, hardening and secure configuration.
- Collaborate across functions and with customers to align cybersecurity expectations and support project delivery.
- Analyze threats and risks, recommend mitigation strategies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Support onboard and off-site delivery projects with occasional travel.
What you bring
- Solid experience with IT/OT cybersecurity principles and applying standards and risk assessments such as IEC 62443 and IACS E26/E27.
- Strong understanding of network technologies including DCS, SCADA, PLCs and firewalls, and hands-on experience with IAM, VPN, malware protection, IDS, EDR/XDR and SIEM.
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or similar; certifications like CISSP or CISM are an advantage.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Eligibility for EU confidential level security clearance and willingness to travel.
