As part of this growth, we are now looking for a colleague for a yet another newly established position as Cyber Security Engineer in our Systems Engineering team.
About the position
As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security landscape of our products. You will be responsible for managing cyber security requirements across projects, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
You will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders, offering consultancy on cyber risks and mitigation strategies. Your work will include maturing and standardising product documentation, supporting correct information classification and handling, and contributing to the continuous improvement of cyber security processes throughout product development, production, and lifecycle support.
In this role, you will take part in advancing our testing and verification procedures for cyber security requirements even further and support product accreditation processes. You will be part of a growing team where your insights and expertise will help shape the future of our cyber security capabilities, ensuring robust and resilient systems across our portfolio.

About you
You have experience working in an environment that requires you to work independently on some tasks and in close collaboration with your colleagues on others. You bring a structured and methodical approach to your work and thrive in a process-driven environment.
You can maintain a calm, positive mindset even when managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Your ability to stay focused under pressure ensures consistent delivery and reliability across complex tasks.
Your CV should include:
- Academic background, ideally from relevant IT or engineering area
- +5 years of experience in a cyber security role
- Experience with security frameworks e.g. ISO2700x, IEC62443 and NIST
- Knowledge of process maturity models such as CMMI
- Experience working with classified environments and information
- Experience with developing complex systems for industrial or defense environments is an advantage
- Fluid in English both written and spoken.
In this role, you will act as a cyber security ambassador within the entire R&D organisation, helping to foster understanding and engagement around cyber initiatives. By offering clear purpose and explanations, you will support the broader adoption of security practices and contribute to a culture of awareness and resilience. Your influence will extend across teams, reinforcing the importance of secure systems and responsible information handling.
Your new team
You will be joining our team of 16 competent and enthusiastic colleagues in the System Engineering team. The level of experience in the team spans from a few years of experience to more than 20 years of experience. Our team members have very different educational backgrounds that vary from electrical, aerospace and mechanical engineering to physics and computer science. We have created it in this way, because we believe that bringing people with different competences together will generate the best solutions.
