Trackman is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to own and execute our cybersecurity agenda. You will develop and implement a company-wide cybersecurity framework, manage risk assessments and incident responses, advise teams on best practices, and foster a strong security culture across the business. Working closely with R&D and Group IT, you will ensure compliance with standards like NIST, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 while monitoring regulatory requirements. Candidates should have solid experience in senior cybersecurity roles, deep knowledge of security principles and frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead security initiatives in an innovative organization.
