About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of security products within the GlobalConnect portfolio. You will define and implement cybersecurity services across our Business, SME and Wholesale divisions, develop product roadmaps and manage the lifecycle of security services across the Nordic region. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our security offering, and work closely with technology, sales, marketing and operations to ensure that products meet customer needs and market demands. You will ensure our security solutions meet the highest standards in areas such as SD‑WAN/overlay technologies, MDR/IR services, Anti‑DDoS, managed firewall and emerging quantum security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement cybersecurity services across business areas and countries, aligning solutions with GlobalConnect’s strategic priorities.
- Develop product roadmaps and manage the lifecycle of our security portfolio from concept to launch, ensuring strong market fit and profitability.
- Perform market and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities in the Nordic cybersecurity market.
- Collaborate with technology, sales and operations teams to design, implement and maintain secure networking services, including SD‑WAN/overlay, MDR/IR, Anti‑DDoS, managed firewall and quantum-related security solutions.
- Ensure that our security services meet regulatory and compliance requirements and support customer needs across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
About You
- At least 5 years of experience in product management with a strong background in cybersecurity solutions and telecommunications.
- Proven ability to design product roadmaps, manage the full product life cycle and understand go‑to‑market strategies.
- Knowledge of security technologies such as networking, managed security services and emerging trends, with an interest in innovation and technology.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a solution‑oriented mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian or Swedish).
