As a GRC Senior Business Partner, you will bridge business operations and the GRC framework. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of Maersk’s governance, risk and control methodology across business areas, acting as a trusted advisor to integrate risk management into business strategies, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key duties:
• Support risk identification and prioritization across the Fulfilled by Maersk business.
• Design, implement and monitor effective internal controls, evaluate control effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies, support audit processes and resolve audit findings.
• Conduct business reviews and provide actionable feedback to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on best practices in governance and risk management, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Implement and report on risk and control KPIs, delivering insights to governance committees and leadership.
