Join Trackman, a leader in sports analytics and simulation, to spearhead its cybersecurity programme. Based at the company’s headquarters in Hørsholm near Copenhagen, you will ensure that Trackman’s products and operations remain secure as the business grows and adopts new technologies.
What you’ll do
- Define and implement a cybersecurity framework aligned with Trackman’s business goals, products and technology stack.
- Lead the end‑to‑end security agenda from strategic planning through hands‑on implementation and incident response.
- Serve as the primary cybersecurity advisor across R&D, IT and business functions, communicating priorities and guiding teams.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans and implement security tools and infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor the threat landscape, lead incident response activities and partner with R&D to secure product architectures and operations.
- Build a strong security culture through training, awareness and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Support customer‑facing teams with security inquiries and drive internal education on best practices.
What you bring
- Proven experience in senior cybersecurity or information security roles with deep knowledge of enterprise IT and product security.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and experience conducting risk assessments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to convey technical security concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop strategic security roadmaps and implement them hands‑on, including leading incident response.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and influencing decision makers; proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage).
