Ramboll is accelerating its global data and information security agenda. As Senior Lead Project Manager in our Global Data & Information Security Department, you will lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our security governance and capabilities across the organisation.
What you’ll do
- Drive cross-organisational programmes for data and information security, managing scope, budget and timelines to deliver measurable value.
- Engage stakeholders, executive sponsors and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment around security objectives.
- Establish governance structures, benefits management and success criteria for each initiative.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining robust plans for scope, schedule, cost and quality.
- Oversee supplier and resource management, ensuring clear contracts, deliverables and collaboration.
- Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement across projects and processes.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, engineering or business administration.
- At least eight years’ experience leading complex programmes in an international setting.
- Strong knowledge of information security governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive organisational change, implement new processes and build stakeholder buy-in.
- Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Danish proficiency is an advantage.
- Personal qualities such as being a team player, structured, self-starting and able to delegate.
