Join Truesec’s Managed Security Services team as a Technical Account Manager and help protect businesses against cyber threats by providing exceptional service and insight into their security posture.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for a portfolio of managed security customers.
- Participate in operational and strategic meetings as part of the customer’s team.
- Develop and present monthly operational reports summarising detection and response metrics and overall security posture.
- Identify and communicate challenges connected to the service and work with internal experts to address them.
- Provide general advice and interpret customer needs in relation to Truesec’s services.
- Guide customers on their cybersecurity journey, utilising the full range of Truesec offerings.
What you bring
- Operational experience delivering managed security or MSSP services to customers.
- At least two years in a customer-facing role, with the ability to respond quickly, multi‑task and communicate effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and eligibility to work in Denmark/EU.
- Understanding of common threat actor techniques, malware behaviour and persistence mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, network structures and server/client platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud security controls, particularly Azure, and hands-on experience with EDR, NDR and SIEM.
- Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country or a Danish work permit due to sensitive assignments.
