Join the BEUMER Group in Aarhus as an IT Specialist, Network Infrastructure & Cyber Security focusing on remote support for baggage handling and material handling systems. You'll help build a secure, reliable remote support infrastructure that supports customers worldwide.
What you'll do
- Enhance and optimise remote support infrastructure with a focus on availability, usability and cyber security.
- Set up and improve remote access platforms and ensure secure connectivity for customers.
- Deliver IT service such as patching, updates and configuration changes.
- Provide cyber security advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the hotline and monitoring teams with network issues and incidents.
- Travel up to 20 days per year to customer sites and BEUMER offices worldwide.
What you bring
- Practical experience with network infrastructure and cyber security.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, authentication, encryption and device hardening (Cisco and Palo Alto).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools and common security standards and frameworks.
- Experience with Windows Server and infrastructure/server management.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; German/Danish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
