Truesec is a leading cybersecurity company dedicated to preventing cyber breaches and minimizing impact. As a Cybersecurity Advisor, you will join the Security Strategy team in Aarhus and help clients strengthen their cyber defence by building tailored strategies and roadmaps.
What you’ll do
- Provide end‑to‑end cybersecurity advisory services, guiding clients through security frameworks and helping them develop practical strategies and roadmaps.
- Combine cybersecurity, risk analysis and business understanding to identify gaps and propose improvements that enhance the overall security posture.
- Deliver assessments using frameworks such as CIS v8, NIST CSF and ISO 27001, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Advise on regulatory requirements like NIS2 and DORA and support clients in implementing them.
- Present security findings and risk assessments to executive boards and both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with experts on identity and infrastructure topics, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft E5 tools, IGA, PAM and SOC.
What you bring
- 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity advisory or consulting, with a strong network and ability to develop client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks (CIS v8, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and hands‑on experience in cyber assessments.
- Ability to create and communicate cybersecurity roadmaps and risk analyses to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with NIS2 and DORA requirements and experience with AD, identity management, PAM and SOC tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills in Danish and English, including proficiency in Office 365.
- Danish or EU citizenship or valid work permit; certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CCSP or ISO2700x and incident response knowledge are advantageous.
