🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Risk & Strategy:
Define and implement security strategy aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and CMMC. Conduct leadership workshops and develop risk frameworks.
Deliver quarterly updates to executive leadership, the Audit Committee, and Board on risk posture, mitigation, and emerging threats.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to build trust and address security concerns.
Lead a global security team. Oversee compliance audits, training, and performance development.
- Security Roadmap Delivery:
Drive execution of the strategic security roadmap, ensuring progress, budget alignment, and measurable impact.
Manage and continuously improve COWI’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001.
- Cross-functional Integration:
Embed security into core business operations in collaboration with Group IT, HR, Legal, and Business Lines.
📌 Note: This is a strategic leadership role. Day-to-day technical IT security operations are managed by Group IT.
👤 Your Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills across global teams
- Proven experience in enterprise-level information security and risk management
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ESL
- Knowledge of GDPR and international compliance frameworks
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization
- Up-to-date with cybersecurity trends, threats, and mitigation strategies
