Truesec is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support our Managed Services clients and help them stay ahead of attackers.

🧩 The Role
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll act as the bridge between Truesec’s services and your clients’ security posture. Your job is to make sure customers are protected, empowered, and always one step ahead.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients
- Participating in strategic and operational customer meetings
- Delivering actionable monthly security reports
- Translating technical insights into business-relevant advice
- Helping clients get the most from Truesec’s full cybersecurity portfolio
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proven experience with MSSP or managed security service delivery
- Ability to manage multiple client needs with clarity and calm
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with threat actor tactics, malware, and attack paths
- Understanding of AD, network architectures, and cloud environments (especially Azure)
- Experience with security platforms like EDR, NDR, and SIEM
