About the Role | Non-Technical Information Security Specialist
As an Information Security Specialist focused on communication and awareness, you’ll play a key role in shaping Tryg’s cybersecurity culture. - Managing the communication strategy for cybersecurity awareness, including phishing reporting and education across all organizational levels.
- Supporting the CISO in management reporting—driving the process, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining baseline documentation.
Since our IT-organization operates across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, the position can be based in any of these locations.
About you | A Communicator, Coordinator, and Culture-Changer
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a higher education in communication and/or IT. While prior experience in security awareness and management reporting is a plus, your enthusiasm and commitment to learning through certifications, courses, and peer training are what truly matter.
We imagine that you have:
- A strong interest in information security awareness.
- Excellent communication skills with audiences at all organizational levels.
- Experience in management reporting.
- Knowledge of or experience with change management and behavioral change principles.
- A proactive approach to crisis communication and contingency planning.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Confluence, and Jira.
- The ability to work independently while building strong internal and external connections.
