💼 About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Truesec to many of our Danish clients – especially in Jutland. Your mission is to drive growth by delivering value, earning trust, and turning complex challenges into long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving new business: Proactively identify opportunities and win new accounts
- Client success: Ensure ongoing satisfaction, growth, and loyalty from existing clients
- Strategic insight: Understand client business goals and cybersecurity needs
- Cross-collaboration: Partner with Truesec technical teams to craft solutions that work
- Upselling & cross-selling: Spot opportunities to add value through our broader service portfolio
- Market awareness: Monitor trends, threats, and competitors to inform client strategy
- Reporting & planning: Use CRM (HubSpot preferred) to track engagement and pipeline
🧠 Your Background
- 5–10+ years of experience in a Key Account or senior client-facing role
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity services and the security landscape
- Strong relationship-builder and communicator – fluent in Danish and English
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Organized, analytical, and commercially minded
- Familiar with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Must hold Danish, Swedish, or EU citizenship (due to sensitive assignments)
