FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) is a world-leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), serving pharmaceutical customers from pre-clinical development to commercial GMP production.
We're looking for an IT/OT Infrastructure Architect to help define and drive our global cybersecurity and infrastructure strategies in alignment with industry standards like NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443, CIS-20, and ISO 27001.
🔧 Your Role & Responsibilities
As IT/OT Infrastructure Architect, you will:
- Shape and govern the IT/OT architecture strategy and long-term roadmaps
- Drive cybersecurity capability planning and implementation across IT and OT globally
- Lead complex global projects by defining technical and security requirements
- Ensure architectural alignment through participation in the global Architectural Review Board (ARB)
- Oversee validation and compliance for GxP and critical systems, including documentation and audit representation
- Guide system administrators, vendors, and internal teams on enterprise-level solutions
- Design enterprise-wide integration strategies and infrastructure models
- Support project estimation, vendor selection, and transition into operations
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of senior-level IT experience or 7+ years in an architectural role
- Demonstrated success designing enterprise IT architecture in global organizations
🧠 Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong business acumen and confidence engaging with executive leadership
- Deep experience in IT/OT systems, especially within biomedical service design
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance and risk management
- Ability to communicate complex architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of driving strategy implementation and advocating for resources
- Knowledge of security best practices, including open-source systems
- Experience in high-impact, high-complexity technical design
- Understanding of global regulatory and commercial architecture governance
