Join Arctic Wolf’s concierge team to help customers strengthen their cyber defenses. As a Concierge Security Engineer 2 / Cybersecurity Consultant 2, you’ll work with our senior cybersecurity engineers and act as the trusted advisor for customers in Denmark.
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during security incidents and provide guidance throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on real client projects to analyze structural weaknesses and recommend remediation steps.
- Analyze logs and events across networks, endpoints and cloud environments to identify patterns, threats and vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot security and technical issues, escalating complex problems and creating clear technical reports.
- Share security best practices and educate non-technical stakeholders about cyber risks and defensive strategies.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers while continuously expanding your expertise through training and mentoring.
What you bring
- 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security or cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with network and cloud security, SaaS tools, identity and access management and risk/vulnerability management.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Danish and explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with scripting, security tools, vulnerability assessment and incident response.
- Understanding of security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST and knowledge of networking fundamentals and OS hardening.
- Strong consultancy skills, analytical thinking, documentation habits and a proactive desire to learn and share knowledge.
