Ørsted is seeking a Lead IAM Technical Specialist to join the Identity Access Management (IAM) Product Line within the Infrastructure Management team. In this hybrid full‑time role based in Gentofte, Denmark, you’ll help the business succeed and stay secure by translating security and regulatory requirements into the design and operation of IAM solutions. Working closely with colleagues across IT and OT environments, you’ll focus on privileged access management to deliver secure and scalable IAM services.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with the IAM Product Line, IAM projects and business units to map current IAM infrastructure, processes and master data dependencies across IT/OT landscapes, with a focus on privileged access.
- Guiding the integration and process design, development and support for IAM toolsets (with a strong focus on PAM), taking strategic goals and direction into account.
- Designing, implementing and maintaining the usage of the IAM toolset while continuously evaluating and optimising the existing setup and ensuring integration processes are effective.
- Designing, planning and implementing onboarding and maintenance of applications in the IAM toolset and providing support and expertise to IT and OT teams on IAM tool utilisation.
- Leading IAM discussions in business and technical solution implementations, upgrades and enhancements and recommending solutions when appropriate.
- Ensuring proper and timely lifecycle management of the IAM tools, including patching and monitoring, and delivering value to the business under the SAFe Agile framework.
To succeed in the role you should have:
- Strong experience with IAM processes and integration design for IAM and experience troubleshooting IAM issues in large-scale multi-site environments (experience with PAM tools, such as PAM360, is a plus).
- A good understanding of identity master data and lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and server technologies; experience with IT networks, load balancers, Citrix and/or Linux servers is an advantage.
- Experience with automation, for example PowerShell scripting, and with at least one PAM tool implementation.
- Excellent communication and technical skills and a personal drive to achieve results, with strong team-building skills and the ability to cooperate within virtual teams.
