Creative Motion Designer – Cybersecurity Scaleup in Copenhagen

We’re a VC-backed scaleup based in Copenhagen, trusted by hundreds of companies across Europe. Our platform blends behavioral science, automation, and AI to train employees to recognize and prevent cyber threats — before they click.
You’ll be joining a driven team of builders and problem-solvers. With a growing brand presence and a product built on high-quality video content, this role will be central to how we communicate with the world — both in marketing and in-product.

What you’ll do
Create motion-first content
Design animated video content for marketing campaigns, training modules, onboarding experiences, and social media.
Work across brand and product
Build visuals that live both inside and outside our platform — from ad creatives and explainers to customer education videos.
Own production end-to-end
Storyboard, animate, and deliver engaging video assets, collaborating closely with product marketing and performance marketing on message and direction.
Develop and evolve our style
Help shape and evolve Moxso’s visual identity — ensuring everything we produce is consistent, smart, and on-brand.
Collaborate with a creative team
Work closely with our internal creative team and external partners to concept and execute content that makes cybersecurity feel human, not corporate.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in motion design or video production (B2B SaaS or tech is a plus)
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and design tools like Figma or Illustrator
- Experience creating both short- and long-form video content across multiple formats and platforms
- A strong eye for design, animation, pacing, and narrative flow
- Ability to work from concept to execution — storyboarding, animating, editing, delivering
- Great communication and collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working across teams and disciplines
Bonus points if you…
- Have experience working with live-action footage (editing or directing)
- Have contributed to or helped evolve a design system or brand identity
- Are familiar with sound design, voiceover direction, or subtitles/localization for video
How you’ll work with the Head of Marketing
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work alongside our performance and product marketing teams. You’ll also collaborate with writers, creatives, and product experts to bring big ideas to life — and make cybersecurity training look and feel radically different from what the industry is used to.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role — with room to stretch creatively and strategically.
