About the Job:
As our new Associate Client Advisor within the Cyber Risk Team, you will be responsible for advising large and medium-sized Danish companies on their cyber risk management needs, including Professional Indemnity (PI) and Technology (Tech) risks.
Your role will involve providing coordinated services and placements to meet our clients' insurance and risk management requirements primarily within the fields of cyber risk and PI/Tech. This includes advising on risk, placing and designing domestic and international insurance programs, negotiating policy wordings, and providing tailored solutions to clients.
In this position, you will ensure that all aspects of the client's cyber-related insurance programs and risk management are handled in a timely, technically accurate, and compliant manner.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Provide daily advice regarding cyber risk management and handling of domestic and international cyber insurance programs.
- Perform analytical tasks, such as analyzing policies and conducting cyber risk assessments.
- Place and design tailor-made domestic and international cyber risk insurance programs.
- Prepare renewal proposals and tender material, as well as compare insurance offers and recommend the right solutions to our clients.
- Manage the renewal and tender process, including negotiations with insurance companies.
- Contribute to the development of best practice solutions and preparation of insurance clauses/wording related to cyber risk.
- Support the sales organization in connection with broker tenders and campaigns.
- Provide claims assistance related to cyber incidents.
Your Profile:
The success criteria for this position are your ability to understand the needs of clients and provide them with professional advice that adds value. We value the following background:
- Education in Cybersecurity, IT, Risk Management, Business Administration, Commercial Law, or a related field. Alternatively, experience as an insurance broker/professional preferably with a focus on cyber risk.
- 1-3 years of experience in cyber risk management, preferably as an insurance broker, underwriter, or consultant.
- Strong advisory skills, professionalism, and creativity.
- Ability to work independently while recognizing that the best results are often achieved through teamwork.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and precision in your communication.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
