As part of a major investment into its Nordic consulting arm, the company is building a new high-growth practice—and this is your opportunity to lead its Cybersecurity consulting capability from the ground up.
As Consulting Partner, you will be a key member of the Nordic leadership team, responsible for shaping, growing, and leading the Cybersecurity consulting portfolio. This is a strategic role combining business development, client leadership, and delivery oversight.
You will play a pivotal role in:
- Driving revenue growth through new and existing client relationships
- Providing strategic guidance to C-level stakeholders on complex cybersecurity issues
- Developing go-to-market strategies and partnerships across the region
- Leading and mentoring teams to deliver high-impact consulting engagements
You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, empowered to build a best-in-class capability in a fast-growing, high-investment environment within a globally respected tech brand.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior leadership experience in Cybersecurity consulting (Senior Manager, Director, or Partner level)
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level cybersecurity challenges, including regulatory compliance, threat landscape, risk management, and architecture
- Proven success building and growing consulting practices, including achieving sales and revenue targets
- Experience working with industry partners and vendors across the cybersecurity ecosystem
- Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, early-stage consulting environment
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian)
