We are looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to team up with the most dedicated team of cyber specialists in our Offensive Security domain.

Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Senior Penetration Tester who wants to make a difference in our Offensive Security Team.
🎯 Offensive Security
Our Offensive Team works proactively, helping organizations and companies protect themselves against cyber breaches by identifying vulnerabilities before they are exploited.
Team members work closely together, leveraging combined knowledge and experience to perform:
- Penetration tests
- Security assessments
- Red team engagements
👨💻 The Role
As part of the Offensive Security Team at Truesec, you will work with some of the best security specialists in the world.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct advanced security reviews and penetration tests
- Lead and manage full lifecycle security testing projects
- Engage with customers in project initiation, delivery, and follow-up
- Mentor and lead team members during engagements
Projects may include:
- Mobile application penetration testing
- Linux and Microsoft enterprise environments
- AWS, Google Cloud, IOT/OT systems
- Advanced red and purple team operations
To succeed, we believe you're a deep technical expert in at least one domain and have a passion for identifying and mitigating real-world threats.

✅ Required Skills
You should meet most of the following — or be a true expert in a few:
- Experience in penetration testing of enterprise environments
- Vulnerability identification in Windows and Linux systems
- Network-based penetration testing
- Credentials extraction and lateral movement
- Mobile app security testing
- IOT/OT penetration testing
- Cloud security vulnerabilities
- Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
⭐ Bonus Skills
- Experience as a sysadmin
- Ability to understand arbitrary programming languages
- Full proficiency in at least one programming language
- Experience with code-assisted or code-review-based testing
- Relevant security certifications
We believe senior penetration testers should stay up to date with the latest tech, and many of us are active in conferences, forums, and as keynote speakers.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require:
- Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or
- A valid Danish work permit
