At Moxso, we’re reshaping how organizations think about security awareness – and we’re looking for a technical leader to help us scale. As our first Director of Engineering, you’ll work closely with the CTO and co-founder to define our product roadmap, scale our engineering team, and build a secure, scalable platform used by hundreds of companies across Europe.

What You’ll Do
- Own technical & product strategy with the CTO – shape our roadmap and execution
- Lead development & delivery – run sprints, improve code quality, and drive hands-on engineering practices
- Build & scale the team – hire top talent, implement workflows, and foster ownership
- Ensure technical excellence – build reliable, scalable, secure systems
- Collaborate across the business – work closely with Product, Leadership, and other stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years in senior engineering or tech leadership roles
- Proven experience building full-stack products and leading fast-moving teams
- Strong grasp of architecture, infrastructure, and secure development
- People-first mindset with a passion for mentoring and team growth
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, AI-powered products, or early-stage-to-scale-up transitions

How You’ll Work With the CTO
Our CTO is also a co-founder and a deeply hands-on technical lead. As Director of Engineering, you’ll take ownership of the team’s daily operations – driving execution, managing sprints, and scaling engineering – while aligning closely with the CTO’s vision and strategic direction.
You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution.
