Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid IT Consulent role with Consensus IT A/S located in Copenhagen Municipality. The IT Consulent will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, information technology, network security, and customer service. The role may involve some work from home to support a flexible work environment.
Qualifications
- Network Administration, Information Technology, Troubleshooting skills
- Network Security and Customer Service skills
- Experience in IT security and cyber threat management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco, CompTIA, or CISSP are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
