About the Role
Our goal is to boost our sales revenue significantly over the next 15 months, and your role will be crucial in achieving this by expanding our European customer base tenfold. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the forefront of our sales process, supported by our technical team at every step to ensure a smooth start.
Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying potential customers, and managing early sales interactions. You'll identify key stakeholders, manage your sales data meticulously in our CRM (Zoho), and contribute to our growth with your enthusiasm and skills.
Successful SDRs can progress to Account Executive roles, where they can further develop their skills and continue to drive our expansion.
About You
Are you energetic and keen on opening doors and thriving in a dynamic sales setting? Then we want to hear from you!
We're seeking ambitious individuals with a passion for sales, a curiosity about technology, and an eagerness to learn. Prior experience in sales is beneficial, but more important is your motivation and ability to engage with clients in a high-activity environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus, but don't worry if you're not an expert; we provide training!
Responsibilities
- Generate leads for our account executives and sales managers.
- Keep our CRM up-to-date with all sales activities, opportunities, and client information.
- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is valued, but we're more interested in your drive, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make 50+ calls daily for new business.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish.
