Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Manager at Moxso, you will be an important part of shaping our customer relationships and ensuring their growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with our Danish and international clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring they get the most value from our cybersecurity solutions.
- Leading onboarding sessions: Help our clients get set up with Moxso. We are expanding our business, and we currently see a lot of momentum in the expansion of our customer portfolio.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to guide customers effectively, providing them with tailored solutions and valuable insights.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, gathering feedback and insights to help enhance our products and services continually.
- Renewals and Upsells: Work closely with sales teams to ensure customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling our advanced cybersecurity products and services.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Customer Success Experience: Proven experience in customer success, primarily within the SaaS industry, is essential.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our Danish and international clients.
- Empathy and Communication: Exceptional empathy and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and learning quickly.
