The Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in our customer engagement process.
You will be a key technical advisor and product advocate for our cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with the sales teams, both in the Nordics as well as globally, by actively assisting in the sales cycle, understand customer requirements and provide solutions to solve complex business challenges.
Your role will involve leading product demonstrations, technical presentations, and collaborating with customers and partners to ensure a seamless pre-sales experience.
You will be based out of our Copenhagen office, and report to Robertino, our Head of Pre-Sales Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase how our solutions meet the customer’s security requirements.
- RFP & RFI Support: Assist in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Information (RFIs) by providing detailed technical content and insights.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical challenges during pre-sales engagement, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Customer Training: Provide technical training sessions for customers on the functionality, setup, and configuration of our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in cybersecurity, industry regulations, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English and Danish.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Pre Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role, preferably in the cybersecurity space
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, services, and solutions (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, intrusion detection/prevention, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering technical presentations and solution design to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies
- Familiarity with network security, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and cloud security architectures
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills.
