Join us in this role where you’ll navigate the complexities of mandatory cybersecurity requirements and will be spearheading Information Security Compliance across our offshore wind farm assets. You’ll champion best practice industry standards, such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443, and maintaining and improving our global cybersecurity posture.
Welcome to Ørsted Windpower Operations
You’ll be part of Operational Technology & Security where you, together with your colleagues, will operate and maintain Information Security Management System controls to meet legislative requirements, such as NIS2, NIS CAF, and NERC CIP.
You’ll work towards aligning these with global standardisation and best practice frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443, and work in an operational context with experienced technical employees.
Your other tasks will include facilitating and supporting audit and certification activities. As a team, we have a culture of providing learning opportunities and we work as a diverse global team with different cultural backgrounds and competencies.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Driving ISMS governance and reporting on the compliance status of offshore wind farms
- maintaining a structured approach to compliance, ensuring security controls are performed with quality and in accordance with established procedures
- ensuring compliance activities can withstand internal and external audits through gathering evidence and documenting activities
- collaborating with other teams to align and implement cybersecurity controls and follow up on third-party vendors contractual cybersecurity deliverables
- tracking and reporting on cybersecurity controls and managing ISMS issues through regular meetings and KPI follow-ups.
To succeed in the role, you:
- come from an operational context where you implemented and worked with performing cybersecurity related controls
- have relevant academic degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a similar field
- demonstrate extensive experience with series of standards, such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443
- have experience conducting and managing internal and external audits and maintaining evidence for compliance verification
- have some experience and a keen interest in cybersecurity management for operational technology, where asset availability has the highest priority
- are able to work independently and are self-driven, while delivering to the OT Compliance and Security team's planned objectives and operational targets.
