Right now, Wärtsilä is looking for a
Project Manager, Cyber Security (m/f/d)
to join the team in Denmark (Hørsholm) or Germany (Hamburg), delivering solutions for customers in the maritime Navy and Commercial segment.
What you will be doing
If you are the Perfect Candidate, you have several years of experience in IT/Cyber project management and extensive knowledge of product compliance in regulated industries - preferably IEC62443 and its various subcategories related to the maritime industry.
As you will be the liaison towards customers and sub-suppliers, your stakeholder management skills will be an essential part of your toolbox. Stakeholders in this case will be e.g. customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies.
You also know how to keep track of documentation, contracts, and agreements.
You will be the PM for a newly establish team that is expected to grow quickly.
This is a hybrid position, so work can be performed partially remote and partially onsite, either from the newly renovated office in Hørsholm, North of Copenhagen or the innovative office in Hamburg, Germany.
As Project Manager your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Leading and developing cyber security projects for end clients including timelines, milestones, resource allocation and budget as well as managing changes to project scope, schedule and costs
- Handling communication (meetings, reports and minutes of meetings etc) with various stakeholders – internal as well as external
- Have an eye on risks – mitigating and escalating when relevant
- Be a key player in developing Cyber security as a skill and a new revenue stream
- Ensure projects are conducted in accordance with organizational policies, & procedures as well as regulatory and standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project management and cyber security
- Extensive knowledge of product compliance - preferably IEC62443 or similar standard
- Experience from the maritime or other regulated industries is a plus
- Fluent in English (communicate effectively in writing and verbally)
- German and/or Danish language is a plus
- This position requires a security clearance at the confidential level (Confidentiel UE). The ability to obtain this is a condition for employment.
- Have a good technical understanding
- High level of ethics, keeping confidentiality a top priority
