About the role:
As IT Security & Compliance Manager, you will drive EnviDan’s information security and compliance strategy across the organisation. You will maintain frameworks and standards, monitor operations and infrastructure, and ensure our IT processes comply with regulations and support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of EnviDan’s IT security and compliance strategy.
- Maintain and improve standards, policies and risk management processes, including ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and ISAE 3402.
- Monitor our IT operations and infrastructure to ensure continued compliance and proactively address vulnerabilities.
- Oversee risk assessments, internal audits and gap analyses, and coordinate external audits and certifications.
- Act as point of contact for security and compliance in strategic projects, advising colleagues and stakeholders.
- Deliver cyber-awareness training and promote a security-first culture across the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with IT operations, management and other business units to align security with business needs.
Requirements
- Relevant IT education and at least five years’ experience working with information security and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and ISAE 3402.
- Experience with cloud and hybrid environments, ideally Microsoft Azure and Defender.
- Ability to monitor and analyse security metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Structured and proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.
