We are looking for a CISO to join our growing team based in Billund to help support our teams building Technology. The CISO plays a pivotal role in safeguarding organizational assets by developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies that resonate with the company’s mission and values.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide digital security strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to embed security standard processes into digital technologies and user experiences.
- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and communication of security breaches.
- Provide expert guidance on security architecture and design to enhance user engagement and protect digital assets.

The CISO in the LEGO Group acts as a strategic advisor and technical expert, ensuring the integrity and security of organizational information systems while fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness and resilience across all levels in the security teams and multi-functional teams.
Do you have what it takes?
Functional Expertise:
- Deep understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in risk management and incident response planning.
- Ability to analyse and interpret security metrics to inform decision-making.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection).
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices across various platforms.
- Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application security.
Agile/Digital Experiences:
- Experience in implementing security measures within agile development environments.
- Ability to adapt security protocols to evolving digital landscapes and user needs.
- Proven track record of enhancing security posture in rapidly changing technological contexts.
Individual Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex security challenges.
- Superb communication skills to articulate security concepts to non-technical partners (all levels)
- A proactive approach that fosters a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
