The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Country Manager to lead operations across Denmark and Norway. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, focused on driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and team development.
The role is part of the group’s senior leadership team and will be instrumental in shaping strategy across two key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Market Growth
- Lead the commercial strategy for Denmark and Norway, ensuring revenue growth and increasing ARR toward group targets.
- Translate the company’s strategic vision into locally relevant execution plans.
- Identify, prioritize, and capitalize on market opportunities — including product localization, pricing, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Group and functional leaders to align goals and ensure consistent delivery across all functions.
P&L Ownership & Operational Excellence
- Own full P&L accountability across Denmark and Norway.
- Optimize team structure, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and support scale.
- Implement KPI-driven performance tracking and forecasting across sales, marketing, and operations.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead and grow a high-performing cross-country team, both direct (70–80 FTE) and dotted-line (100+ FTE).
- Foster a culture of accountability, entrepreneurial energy, and customer-first thinking.
- Recruit, coach, and retain top talent across key functional areas (sales, customer success, implementation).
Sales Execution & Customer Centricity
- Manage both new customer acquisition and install base growth.
- Lead sales pipeline development and deal execution across SMB and enterprise segments.
- Ensure customer onboarding, support, and service meet the highest standards to maximize retention and expansion.
Candidate Profile
Required Experience:
- 10+ years in commercial and/or general management roles, from a B2B SaaS or software/technology business.
- Proven experience owning a P&L, with a strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Success leading multi-country teams and operating in a matrix/global environment.
- Track record of sales leadership, including setting and executing commercial plans, managing sales funnels, and hitting ARR targets.
- Experience working in or alongside private equity-owned businesses is a strong plus.
- Deep familiarity with Danish and/or Norwegian markets, ideally with experience engaging with small and mid-sized business customers.
