As the Leak Analyst & Investigator Manager, you'll partner with internal teams and global IP stakeholders to ensure incidents are properly analyzed, reported, and used to improve organizational practices.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Investigate leak incidents across LEGO® products, digital platforms, and campaigns
- Analyze leak trends and recommend proactive process or training improvements
- Develop self-service dashboards and external reporting in Power BI
- Support incident data quality and internal registrations
- Build cross-functional relationships to drive confidentiality initiatives
🤝 About the Team
You’ll report to the Confidentiality Officer and collaborate closely with the Director of Leak Incident Management. The team of 10 focuses on two key areas:
- Leak Incident & Response: Investigations, reporting, partner collaboration
- Partnering & Engagement: Internal stakeholder collaboration on confidential projects
✅ Your Background
- Strong analytical skills with a curiosity-driven mindset
- Proven experience in data reporting/analytics – Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable navigating digital platforms like Reddit, Discord, etc.
- Knowledge of LEGO pop culture or IPs is a bonus
