🔐 Join Us as Our New OT Security Specialist
As part of our Security Architecture Team, you’ll help safeguard the operational backbone that powers our sustainable innovation. We supply enzymes and food ingredients across diverse industries – your contribution ensures those products stay secure and resilient.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Design and implement security measures for OT environments
- Conduct risk and threat assessments across control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security in the full value chain
- Enhance monitoring of control zones Level 0–3
- Drive identification and remediation of operational risks
- Communicate effectively in English – written and spoken
🎓 Relevant Experience
- Proven experience in OT security or related technical fields
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning or network monitoring
- Ability to work in both collaborative and self-driven modes
- Certifications like CISSP, GICSP, GRID, or CCNP are a plus (but not required)

You’ll join a diverse team of security professionals working across IT and OT domains. Our Security Architecture Team partners closely with GRC and the Cyber Defense Center to build a comprehensive and forward-looking security posture.
