Defense & Security Manager Opportunity
📍 Location: Gentofte, Denmark (Hybrid)
📅 Duration: Through 2028 (initially through construction, with potential involvement in early operations)
✈️ Travel: Up to 4 days/month to Warsaw
We’re seeking a Defense & Security Manager (Consultant) to support a major offshore wind construction project. You’ll ensure compliance with national defense and security regulations, lead defense-related engineering and procurement, and help prepare operational teams for long-term compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure approvals from defense and border guard authorities
- Oversee implementation of defense mitigation solutions
- Support broader security scope (incl. cyber, IT/OT, and physical security)
- Manage scope, budget, risk, and safety for defense workstream
Qualifications:
- Strong project management background
- Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management
- Military officer background (preferably Navy) is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
