Based in Hobro, Denmark, you will be joining the brand new OT Security team, that will have 4 team members in total before summer – and probably more than that in some years. Together, we will develop, drive and operate OT Security across Eurowind globally.

You will contribute to selecting, building, developing and operating our OT security systems
As our new security specialist, you will work very closely with our IT cybersecurity team with a strong focus on identifying which OT security systems to use, and further develop and operate them.
Doing so, your workday will be a constructive mix of clarifying meetings with stakeholders and hands-on work.
At the same time, this is a brand new role, so you will have a strong influence on both your own tasks, as well as processes and procedures – and you will probably also get a solid insight into your teammates’ tasks, as we will need to cooperate closely and assist where necessary.
On the longer run, we imagine that you, amongst other things, will:
- Operate the OT Cybersecuritysystems
- Handle OT Cybersecurity incidents and manage vulnerabilities
- Contribute to OT Security projects and support the OT operation across the organisation
- Contribute to OT Security projects: Deploy best practice, IEC62433, Physical security and OT Asset inventory management
- Stay updated on trends, legislation and standards in the cybersecurity industry through relevant training, conferences and network
Experienced cybersecurity specialist with a keen interest in OT
You thrive with working both independently and as a key part of a team where constructive communication will be a key element.
Besides that, you excel in an environment where your adaptability empowers you to embrace and navigate change effortlessly. And with your curious mindset, you can´t help but stay updated with newest trends in your line of work.
We are open to various entries into this role and understand that you might have relevant work experience rather than a specific educational background
we do hope that you bring:
- Some years of cybersecurity experience (also operational) – preferably within OT and renewable energy, or perhaps a solid understanding of the area from another perspective
- Perhaps a BSc (or higher) in e.g. Security or Computer Science, or an education as an IT supporter or data technician – or similar hands-on experience
- Relevant trainings and/or certifications – e.g. SANS ICS 410, CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker
